What is the Circle of Trust Training?

Circle of Trust Training was built to empower schools, districts, and public safety to collaborate in meaningful, proactive ways that build trust, confidence, and readiness. Why Reunification Has to Evolve
The Standard Reunification Method gave schools a much-needed process — structure, language, roles, and a shared approach to one of the hardest parts of school safety.
But at scale, the gaps are hard to ignore: long lines and hours of waiting, parents who don’t know when to come, staff managing paper forms, binders, badges, IDs, runners, and radio traffic, reunification sites that need to be bigger than most communities have, and teams that require more people than schools can actually provide during a crisis.
And in the middle of it all are the questions no one can answer fast enough: Who’s here? Who’s missing? Who’s at the hospital? Who’s already been released? Who picked them up?
This training goes beyond the standard process to teach your team where it breaks down at scale — and how the modern tools schools already trust for attendance, notifications, and secure authentication can close those gaps. (RedBag REunify is used in the training as a working example of one such tool.)
